Common questions
Before you call
Can you write an Accident Prevention Plan before we submit our bid?
Yes. Send the solicitation and the schedule. We tell you within one business day whether we can meet your date, and we write the plan to the EM 385-1-1 (2024) outline the contracting officer will check it against.
Do you provide site safety and health officers (SSHOs)?
We support SSHO roles with safety program oversight, training and audits. Tell us about your job and we will tell you plainly what we can cover. Every SSHO must meet EM 385-1-1 Level 1 or Level 2 requirements and be accepted on ENG Form 6282.
Do you work for owners or contractors?
Both, but never on the same project. For owners we act as the independent safety representative. For contractors we write the plans and support the people who run safety on site. We check for conflicts of interest before we take any job.
